She was trained by an expert in the field of management development and company growth strategy, a business coach, a specialist in planning and implementing new products and services launch, a mentor, a coach for entrepreneurs, top managers and politicians. Victoria Vadimovna Shukhat is a lecturer at the Higher School of Public Administration of the Presidential Academy, a leading trainer at the Corporate Academy of ROSATOM, a course teacher for MBA programs at the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade and Moscow Business School, a speaker at conferences and forums organized by the UN, OSCE, and UNESCO, and a member of the Expert Council for Civil Society Development at the Federation Council of the Russian Parliament.

She studied with a teacher at MGIMO, the International Business School of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. She is a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and Vice Speaker of the State Duma. She is also a member of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and a candidate for The Presidents of Russia. Her name is Irina Mutsuovna Khakamada.
In June 2024, she completed an emotional intelligence training program with Radislav Gandapas, President of the CIS Speakers' Association and holder of the Certified Speaking Professional status. Gandapas is a speaker who has spoken at events organized by MegaFon and has worked with top managers, officials, and leaders from some of the largest companies in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as with ministers and deputies from the State Duma of the Russian Federation. He is also a speaker for Microsoft.
Since 2025, Claudia has been studying at the Brian Tracy International Association. The chairman of the board and CEO is Brian Tracy, a Canadian-American entrepreneur and motivational speaker who holds the third position in the top 30 global gurus ranking. The priority area is the psychology of success, and the strategic direction is an international certification program called “Successful Sales Skills” (Brian Tracy Academy).
In 1998, Claudia enrolled in the Russian International Academy of Tourism (RMAT), a private higher education institution, in the Department of Management and Economics at the Faculty of International Management. She studied time management, marketing, strategic management, and human resource management (HRM).
In January 2021, Claudia launched her own project in the field of sound and noise art. Since then, she has continued to work in the field of experimental sound, and since September 2021, she has been serving as the General Director of the project.
